Thank you for shopping with Agaste 9th. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 3–7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times may be extended during high-volume releases or limited drops.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Agaste 9th is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs, or other factors outside of our control.


Domestic & International Shipping

We currently ship to select locations. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

Agaste 9th is not responsible for delays or issues related to customs clearance.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Agaste 9th is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your tracking information shows delivery but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier directly.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure all shipping information is correct at checkout. Agaste 9th is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Orders returned to us due to incorrect address information may not be reshipped.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at agaste9th@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage. Approved claims may be resolved with a replacement at our discretion.
