All sales are final.

Due to the limited nature of our drops and the exclusive production of our garments, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances.

Please review product descriptions, sizing information, and images carefully before placing your order. By completing a purchase with Agaste 9th, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at agaste9th@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We will review the claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Agaste 9th is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier.
